Take the interchangeable hair and from the back expand with both hands and fit from back to the front, making sure it’s pulled over both ears, then adjust accordingly.

Steps to care for your doll’s beautiful hair

COMBING
•   Once braids are removed use a misting bottle to wet hair lightly before combing
•   Comb hair gently with a doll brush or wide tooth comb

WASHING
•   Put ¼ teaspoon of hair shampoo into a small bowl
•   Steep wig into shampoo water and bring out immediately. Shake gently.
•   Repeat steeping and shaking 2 more times
•   Rinse in clean cool water with steeping and shaking just once.
•   Do not squeeze or wring
•   Lay flat to dry naturally
•   Do not apply heat of any kind
•   When dry, spray on any good hair moisture lotion and comb very gently with wide tooth comb.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS
The following item cannot be returned:
* Replaceable hairstyle bought separately as an accessory
* For damaged or defective products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:
Item being returned must be in the same condition as it was received
Doll packaging should be intact when returned
If doll is being returned, all accessories that came with doll should be included

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped from Houston, Texas.

Items are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Should your item not arrive after 5 days of shipment, please contact us.

All orders shipped within the United States will have a tracking number that will be provided to the buyer once the item is shipped. This makes it easier for you to track the location of your purchase.

** Please ensure that you provide the correct mailing address. Should your package be returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have package shipped back.

International orders unfortunately do not include tracking information. Import duties & taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
